Commercial Washroom Refurbishment Kettering Northamptonshire
How the project went?
We drew up a schedule of work timeline giving us 5 weeks to complete the project. As this was still a working building we phased the washroom refurbishment over two phases, ground and first floor. We started the strip out work over a weekend to minimise disruption in the workplace. The tiled walls were dry lined and skimmed and then finished with a suitable wipeable paint. The ceilings were replaced along with the lighting for more modern LED panels. We fitted new bespoke grey vanity units with semi inset sinks. We then had the doors made bespokely and finished in the same grey laminate in order to match the vanity units. The flooring was completed with an easy to maintain anti-slip cap and cove floor. Everything went to plan with no surprises. We did slightly go over the proposed finish date this was due to the covid19 coronavirus outbreak occurring with a week left to go on the project. As toilets were confined areas we had to reduce staff working in close proximity and also waited until the weekend to do some of the work when the building was empty. Had this not have occurred we would have finished on the proposed date. We kept the client constantly updated and they were happy to work with us and accommodate a solution for the welfare of both our staff members. Grosvneor are part of a larger group that operate across Northamptonshire; we hope to assist them with any further Northamptonshire commercial washroom refurbishments in the future

We assisted the client with a complete concept washroom design advising them on finishes and aesthetics that would be in line with the budget. We rendered 3d washroom designs to visually assist grosvenor in their choices.

The work was done to a high standard, within the quotation provided and in the timescale given by Manor Interiors. Health and Safety was also adhered to in carrying out the work keeping the site clean at all times as we are a Pharmaceutical company. We would use this company again for fit out works.
