Customers’ reason for approaching Manor Interior solutions?
Alltrade is the UK’s leading trade only distributor of signal reception and distribution, custom install, home automation and security products for all residents and commercial projects. They approached Manor Interior Solutions after a quick search via google looking for a local fit out company to transform their newly acquired empty space in a fully fit warehouse and customer facing sales office.
Alltrade were planning to extend their branches and looking to expand in Northampton, Colchester and Manchester.
Key design points
The space was empty offices or a dilapidated warehouse.
We were invited to design the overall space and deliver a functional warehouse, office and commercial solution. We took inspiration from the existing branches design and layout and designed the Northampton branch first. This became a blueprint for the other branches; delivering a fully functional space which included a mini kitchen, toilets and training room as well.
The job consisted of designing, installing and testing a full mezzanine and included the installation of full electrics wiring and full data wiring, the integration of a mini kitchen and refurbishment of toilets with plumbing work as well.
How the project went?
We delivered the Northampton project to a very high standard in a very short turnaround. The customer (Alltrade) was very happy with the delivery of the Northampton project as well as the remaining two branches. We can’t wait to share more photos!
