Graf UK Ltd is a leading supplier of sustainable water management systems in the UK, focusing on preventing flooding, sewage discharge, and rainwater harvesting using 100% recycled materials. They offer stormwater management, wastewater treatment, rainwater harvesting, and garden products and specialise also in rainwater harvesting systems to collect and reuse rainwater for residential and commercial buildings.
With one of their offices located at Regan House, Beaumont Road, Banbury, Graf UK approached us with a requirement to revamp their existing washroom, which was in dire need of replacement.
To meet our client’s expectations, we approached the project as a comprehensive refurbishment plan. The first step was to completely strip out the existing washroom, removing all fixtures and fittings until we reached the bare walls. This allowed us to create a clean canvas for the transformation that was about to take place.

Walls and Floors
We clad all the walls in wipeable materials. This choice not only enhances the overall cleanliness of the washroom but also ensures easy maintenance, promoting hygiene and efficiency. Installed three new toilet cubicles, one shower cubicle with a changing area, two new sinks, and an electric radiator. These additions not only improve functionality but also provide a comfortable and convenient experience.
Ceiling, lighting and furniture
To enhance the overall ambiance, we also fitted a new suspended ceiling, which not only adds a touch of sophistication but also accommodates modern lighting fixtures to create a well-lit space. The flooring received equal attention, with the installation of vinyl flooring in the toilet areas, hallway, and old shower area. This choice ensures durability, easy cleaning, and a cohesive aesthetic throughout the space.
Waste management on site
As with any refurbishment project, waste management is a crucial consideration. We arranged for a skip to be present on-site to collect and dispose of the debris and waste materials, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Throughout the refurbishment process, the toilet area was temporarily out of bounds to ensure the safety and convenience of all occupants.
