Marsh farm futures is a public sector owned building in bedfordshire, they had allocated part of their budget to split some of their office space up to create smaller more lettable units. They already knew what they wanted to achieve and had plans drawn up; they just needed a reputable office partition installer covering the Bedfordshire area. We of course were happy to offer our services and came in as the most competitive quotation. We needed to match the existing ash veneer doors with vision panels. We did this using one of our trusted door manufacturers, getting bespoke made to measure doors usually takes 3-4 weeks from point of order.

We drew up a schedule of work timeline giving us 8 days to complete the project. These small office partition installations can sometimes take just as long as a larger scale project. Especially when plastering and decoration is involved as we needed to allow for correct drying timescales and each trade must be booked to follow in the correct sequence. The project did not require micro management as our office fit out install team took care of everything on site working with the client and relaying anything important back to us at the office to deal with where required. With the office fit out complete the client can now advertise finding a tenant in the bedfordshire area. We have since provided quotations for some further office fit out contractor work planned for later this year.
