Dana driveshaft based in wellingborough approached us in August regarding commercial washroom refurbishment that included the main mens toilets and another x4 single office use toilets. As they had worked with us previously they decided to use us again as their commercial washroom contractor. We decided on a budget and helped them complete all the works within what they wanted to spend.
How the project went?
We gutted the large washroom, dry lined the walls and replastered. Then fitted new cap and cove flooring, toilet cubicles, IPS panelling for the urinals and a large 3 meter stainless steel sink. We had a tight timescale to complete the main toilet refurbishment works and we did this in 9 days starting over a weekend to minimise disruption. The remaining toilets (one of which was for disabled access) were then refurbished with new cap and cove flooring, sanitary and decoration. As we are ourselves based down the road in wellingborough washroom refurbishment projects like this are easy to manage. We give a year guarantee on all our washroom refurbishments, our client now has that extra peace of mind.

Very Professional fit out company which undertook extensive dry walling and decorations for our large commercial space.
The work was done to a high standard, within the quotation provided and in the timescale given by Manor Interiors. Health and Safety was also adhered to in carrying out the work keeping the site clean at all times as we are a Pharmaceutical company. We would use this company again for fit out works.
