Customers reason for approaching Manor Interior solutions?

Multimatics motor racing approached us to assist them moving into a new 4000 square foot premises over two units in Brackley Northampton. The reason for the move was because the current premises was in the path of the proposed hs2 rail line works carried out by the government. The government did offer some funds in the form of a grant. After some initial meetings going over the drawings with the client. We drew up our proposed specification according to the desired layout. The client trusted our expertise on this matter and we met with the client at a similar specification project in wellingborough before confirming the order.

How the project went?

The project deadline was tight and we had 5 weeks to complete the fit out from start to finish. We had between 4 and 8 contractors on site at all times to make sure we kept ahead of schedule. The fit out included Partition walls that were dry lined by tape and jointing. We fitted aluminium door frames to assist with labour time saving on decoration and costs. Then x25 oak veneer doors were fitted with stainless steel furniture. The partition walls were decorated in matt emulsion. All free standing offices were finished off with a suspended ceiling and carpet tiles. We worked to the schedule and came in on budget.
