Our latest project with Evergreen is a perfect example of how our expertise and innovative materials can bring a vision to life, aligning Evergreen’s entrance with their brand’s look and feel.

Evergreen approached us with a clear vision: to create an entrance that not only welcomes visitors but also reflects their brand’s identity. As a pioneering industry leader, Evergreen wanted their entrance to exude professionalism, innovation, and a touch of originality. They desired a welcoming area that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, setting the tone for the rest of their facility. To achieve this, we proposed using a combination of high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship, incorporating their award-winning artificial grass. Along with modern dry lining and partitioning techniques, we aimed to create a seamless and inviting entrance. The goal was to ensure that every element of the entrance was in harmony with Evergreen’s brand values.

Manor Interior Solutions meticulously handled the project execution, ensuring every detail aligned with the vision. We began with preliminaries and dry lining to set a solid foundation, addressing initial plastering needs and installing necessary tracks. For the partitions, we met specific sound insulation and fire resistance requirements. The first partition, 95mm thick with a single layer of Gyproc Wallboard, achieved 43 dB sound insulation and 30 minutes of fire resistance. The second, 122mm thick with two layers of Gyproc Soundblock, offered 52 dB sound insulation and 60 minutes of fire resistance. The walls were then plastered for a smooth, durable finish using high-quality materials like 90mm angle beads and abutments for clean lines. We also installed a fire-rated suspended ceiling grid system with AMF Ventatec grid and Thermatex star ceiling tiles, enhancing the entrance’s aesthetics. Additional partitions were added to fill voids and create new walls, particularly along the right upper stairs void, blending seamlessly with the existing structure. Finally, the signature artificial grass was installed, adding a touch of nature and freshness. The transformation of Evergreen’s entrance was spectacular, perfectly capturing the brand’s essence. Visitors are now greeted by an entrance that reflects Evergreen’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
